Aimee Veronica Carrero was born in Dominican Republic and is an American actor, voice actress. Her most well-known character is Angie Prietto, in the live-action Cartoon Network series Level Up. On the Freeform/ABC Family series Young & Hungry and Young & Foodies from 2014-2018, she played Sofia Rodriguez. She also voiced Adora/She-Ra in the DreamWorks animated series She-Ra and The Princesses of Power under Netflix from 2018-2020. Carrero got engaged to actor Tim Rock in November 2015 and was married August 16, 2016. Disney's Elena of Avalor as well as Sofia the First spin-offs feature her as Princess Elena. She was also Mia in the episode Hannah Montana and Tasha in the Zeke and Luther episode, "Skater Girl Island".
